In the Estonian fusion food cooking class we learn more about the traditional Estonian cuisine with a modern touch!
Triin Muiste, a nutritionist and food coach, will introduce the Estonian cuisine and advise about healthy eating and healthy food in the Estonian climate.
All the participants will learn and prepare together modern Estonian food:
– Black bread with a lentil pâté
– Sprat sandwich, an Estonian classic
– Colourful barley groat salad (vegan version and meat version)
– Kama-berry dessert
